What should I bring?
A route is helpful, but optional. No price sheets, invoices, trip records or fuel-card credentials are needed.
What does regular use require?
A dispatch-approved route, truck details and relevant fuel-card prices you supply. Fuel level, tank capacity and fuel economy are manual inputs; TMS and ELD integrations are not live.
Will the walkthrough show my actual savings?
No. It demonstrates stop and refill decisions using sample prices. Actual comparisons require your data and an agreed baseline.
Can you review a trip using our actual prices?
After the walkthrough, we’ll agree on the records needed and whether and how they may be shared. We’ll respond within 24 hours of receiving the agreed information. Savings are not guaranteed.
How do drivers receive instructions?
Through WhatsApp, without a separate FuelPlanner login.
What do the comparisons include?
Fuel-price differences only—not fees, tolls, IFTA adjustments, detour costs or currency conversion. These comparisons do not measure reduced fuel consumption or net savings. USD and CAD remain separate.
